But Michael “Mico” Rodríguez, the restaurant mogul who has built a $75 million company since 1991, made sure they now have a powerful connection.
Mr. Rodríguez, 49, co-chaired this years scholarship fundraising campaign for the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.”
