Delay in Mexican center raises questions – Columbus

“The Downtown building was supposed to have housed a training center for central Ohios Latino immigrants and Columbus own Mexican consulate by last February.

But more than a month after a belated ribbon-cutting involving Mayor Michael B. Coleman and other dignitaries, Centro Mexicano, 262 S. 3rd St., remains closed. Promoter German Trejo-Caballero now says it will be a few months before remodeling is finished.”
