“Arizona Congressman Raul Grijalva and others are backing a proposed immigration program that would grant 400,000 visas a year to low-skilled workers from other countries.

Currently 5,000 visas a year are issued to low-skilled immigrants, even though employers have 400,000 openings available annually in the United States for workers with few skills.”
