It is a convoluted mess of twists and turns. “Solving” it will require a touch of genius.
The “solving” part is where it gets dicey. Some see the reasonable need for comprehensive reform that finds a balanced way to deal with an estimated 12 million undocumented workers in the country. Others insist that solutions are anchored by hundreds of miles of border fencing and an adios amigo ticket back to Mexico.”
