Among the activities LULAC is planning for the estimated 1,000 delegates is an opening luncheon address today by character actor Tony Plana, who plays the father of the lead character on the ABC show “Ugly Betty,” a visit to the “Viva Mexico” variety show in Juárez on Friday, and an address by U.S. Rep. Silvestre Reyes, D-Texas.”
