El Pueblo’s director will step down in fall – North Carolina

“Its a personal decision about wanting to use my energy in different ways,” said Zulayka Santiago, who has headed the Raleigh-based nonprofit for almost two years. She took over for Andrea Bazon-Manson, the founding director of the group who left in late 2005.”
