Heinrich, a nationally-recognized advertising and marketing agency, is celebrating two major milestones this year — new ownership, as founder George Heinrich retires and sells the agency to its president, George Eddy, as well as its 30-year business anniversary.
In 1977, George Heinrich opened the doors of a direct marketing agency devoted to serving the financial industry. The agency has continued to broaden both its client base and services. Today, Heinrich is a full-service marketing firm with a thriving multicultural division and an award-winning creative team. George Heinrich’s 30-year foundation for creating “remarkable marketing solutions” will continue to grow with Eddy’s same commitment.
“Our approach moving forward is clear – take something that has worked well for 30 years to the next level. Clients are looking for superior intellectual capacity and increasingly aggressive marketing strategies, and we have the talent and expertise to deliver both on a national scale,” said Eddy.
With more than 15 years with Heinrich and a decade of experience in the revolving credit industry with companies such as Rocky Mountain BankCard System and Citicorp/Diners Club, Eddy is well-prepared for his ownership responsibilities and ongoing leadership. His exceptional business savvy has helped Heinrich acquire both an impressive client list and a highly talented staff.
Laura Sonderup, director of Hispanidad, the agency’s multicultural division, is enthusiastic about the extra value Eddy’s Hispanic heritage brings to multicultural-marketing clients and prospects.
“The fact that Eddy is Hispanic brings a new level of excitement to the agency and, in particular, to Hispanidad,” said Sonderup. “With the Hispanic population growing rapidly, his leadership will add extra support and authority for our multicultural clients.”
