Sponsored by UCO’s Multicultural Student Services and Hispanic American Student Association, the pageant was themed “Sabor Latino” and featured Rosa Flores of KWTV Channel 9 and David Cevallos, general manager for Oklahoma Hispanic newspaper Nuestra Comunid, as Masters of Ceremony.”
