“Quepasa Corp. co-founder Jeffrey Peterson resigned from the company’s board of directors Monday, further cutting his ties to the online community for Hispanics.

Peterson is exploring other ventures, said Rob Stearns, chief executive officer of Scottsdale-based Quepasa, which runs quepasa.com. “
