Knowledge is Power!
“Since 1965 the Puerto Rican Parade has celebrated over 40 years of existence making our parade the longest celebrated Hispanic Parade in Chicago. In 1982 Fiestas Puertorriqueñas was created as an addition to our cultural celebration, making this six day festival the largest Latin Music Festival in the Midwest. Fiesta Puertorriqueñas has brought the Puerto Rican presence in Chicago to the forefront through its cultural music, dance, art and food. More than pride, these events continue today to bring historical awareness, community unity, and more importantly Latino empowerment.
– Media Promotions – company mention with all events on radio, print and television for Title Partner
– Company Exposure – ability to market and promote company products and services
– Event Space - every Thursday in 2007 the Puerto Rican Parade Committee of Chicago has reserved space within La Casa Puertorriqueña for partners to utilize our “High Tech, High Touch Marketing” (This approach will allow our partners to conduct onsite seminars/workshops for the community in order to educate and create brand recognition to better track their return in their investment in the Latino community directly).
– Family oriented program that highlights culture, business attractions and community. This an alcohol-free event focused on family fun.
– Unique opportunity to reach over 1.5 million attendees at the Midwest’s Largest Hispanic Festival.
– Marketing Value – enhance brand awareness, product sampling and targeted sales to Latinos and Non-Latinos at an estimated $350, 000 packages.
– Name Recognition / Media Promotions – besides assurance of high attendance and product visibility at event, sponsors will gain radio, print and television mentions throughout 8 week period.
– Growing Target Market – opportunity to network directly with Latino consumers and promote company products and services.
– 501(c) 3 Status – partners can take full advantage of the non-profit 501(c) 3 Status for charitable contributions
