RAISING THE BARRE – American Ballet Theatre dancers Herman Cornejo and Carmen Corella
Tagged: latin america, RenoPosted on: May 9th, 2007“American Ballet Theatre dancers Herman Cornejo and Carmen Corella act like newlyweds even though they’ve been married for two years and together for eight.
They’re with each other 24/7, finish one another’s sentences and are learning to drive together.
The Madrid-born Cornejo, who has been a principal since 2003, and the Buenos Aires-born Corella, a soloist since 2003, became close after joining the company in 1998, right around the time when more Latin American dancers began to arrive at the world-renowned company.”
