“Time is running out for a county-appointed task force charged with studying issues facing the local Latino community.
The tenure of the Latino Issues Task Force is scheduled to run out June 30 after two years of work. County Commissioner Karen Wagner, who pushed for creating the advisory board soon after taking office, said she is not likely to recommend extending the life of the task force.”
