“The high rate of teenage pregnancies in Cumberland County may be more than just a result of the countys high rate of poverty.

Almost 50 percent of teenagers who gave birth in 2004 were Hispanic, slightly higher than the state average, according to statistics obtained Monday from the non-profit group Association for Children of New Jersey ACNJ.”
