Cisneros to serve as executive director of the Kansas Hispanic & Latino American Affairs Commission.
“All Kansans have a stake in their government and should have a voice here in Topeka . We want to ensure every Kansan has an opportunity to achieve his or her full potential, and Steve will help make that happen. We are delighted to bring a talented native son back to Kansas to work on this important effort.” Sebelius said.”
