“A grand opening is planned for Arkansas new Mexican Consulate this week amid fanfare by supporters pushing economic prospects and protest by an opponent who warns of a surge of illegal immigrants into the state.
Mexican food and entertainment will highlight the grand opening Wednesday at the consulate office, housed in a former ice cream parlor across from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.”
