“An L-A charter school that serves mostly Hispanic students is suing a radio station and its morning talk host over what it calls racially motivated, slanderous remarks by the host.

Academia Semillas Del Pueblo ah-kah-DEH-mee-yah se-MEE-yas del PWEH-blow administrators allege “McIntyre in the Morning” host Doug McIntyre is guilty of civil rights violations and slander.”
