“Se habla Espanol. Those three little words have become a staple for many influential businesses in the Bay Area who understand the importance of reaching out to the Latino community. Now, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the largest provider of real estate services in Northern California, is furthering that reach by partnering with the mortgage company, Princeton Capital, to offer Spanish-speaking clients access to six in-house Spanish-speaking loan consultants.
