Candidate: Flier is unfair to Hispanics - Aurora, Illinois

“It has been the most divisive race in Auroras elections this year, and even in the final week, the mud keeps flying.

Its Auroras 3rd Ward race, where Alderman Stephanie Kifowit has been defending her seat against challenger and first-time candidate Jim Nesbitt.

On Tuesday, the latest flap was over a recent mailing by Nesbitt, the front of which depicts a young man dressed in a T-shirt, a wool cap and gloves with the fingers cut out, smoking a cigarette. Next to him are the words, “Theyre here. . . Theyre dangerous. . .”"
