“With funding from the Sunshine Lady Foundation, Inc. the RDC Center for Counseling and Human Development in White Plains is offering a free seven-session workshop for Hispanic mothers & daughters.

Beginning April 17, the workshops will be held on Tuesdays from April 17 to May 29 at the RDC Center, 52 North Broadway in White Plains.”
