“Lutheran Social Services, the largest provider of children’s residential services in Texas, will open a new bilingual foster-care office on San Antonios South Side next month.

The new foster-care and adoption office will be located at 700 S. Zarzamora St. The South Side office will be staffed with bilingual caseworkers to serve the needs of the Spanish-speaking community in the city.”
