I posted a press release about this on Monday the 2nd yet this is the first story I have found in the mainstream English media about it.

“Federal officials have sued the Salvation Army, saying the agency discriminated against two Hispanic employees when it fired them for not learning English.

The Boston office of the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission sued the Salvation Army in U.S. District Court in Boston.”
