“You dont have to know a single word of Spanish to enjoy Cuentos Clásicos, the Alachua County librarys bilingual story hour. By the end of the program, however, you and your child will know considerably more than a word.

With an ingenious and engaging storytelling program, volunteers from the Latina Womens League present the Spanish-language versions of the classic fables that kids already know, translating as they go through the use of colorful props, puppets, and the occasional English phrase.”
