“Elena Trevilla and Silvia Lopez walked along the concrete pathway at the new Latin American Association center in Norcross Wednesday, trying to edge to the front of the crowd to hear the speakers.

A group had gathered to commemorate the newly-renovated bungalow near Norcross City Hall that will serve as the agencys outreach center for the citys growing Hispanic population.”
