CityView Announces Vice President of Human Resources and Administration – Vivian Ramirez

“CityView, a national discretionary housing investor led by CityView Chairman and former HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros, and CityView President and third-generation homebuilder Joel Shine, recently appointed Vivian Ramirez as vice president of human resources and administration.

In this position, Ramirez will be responsible for consulting with the management team regarding talent implications on all aspects of CityViews business strategy, which includes organizational structure, performance standards and recognition plans. She will serve as a liaison between employees and management to ensure that all human resource practices and performance management systems support the companys corporate objectives and strategic plan.”
