Mike Rosales, HEDC board president, said in a news release: “Bernardo is a recognized leader in the Latino community. He believes in our mission and shares our core values. He brings excellent skills in management and fund raising, which he has developed from his work at Guadalupe Centers and national council of La Raza. We feel confident that he’ll hit the ground running at HEDC and continue to move our momentum forward.””
