he Spanish-language site covers information on the major types of insurance - auto, homeowners/renters, life and health insurance. It offers special considerations and tips for saving money and selecting coverage for young singles, young families, established families and seniors/empty nesters. There is also a quiz for each life stage, enabling consumers to test their knowledge of insurance issues and topics.

Considerations covered on the Insure U Web site include:
– Auto insurance: Before you buy a car, remember that the make and model you choose can affect your insurance rates. For example, luxury cars and convertibles are generally more expensive to insure than basic models.
– Homeowners insurance can protect you financially if your home and/or property is damaged or destroyed. It also can protect you if others are injured while on your property.
– Life insurance: Start by determining how many people are financially dependent on you, what their expenses could be and whether you’re likely to leave them with substantial debts if you should pass away. Learn about the two main types of life insurance: term life and permanent life.
