“Cabarrus County sheriffs deputies hope to have a system in place by June that will help identify illegal immigrants they arrest and hold them until federal courts can deal with them.

Law enforcement agents in the county said they want to make sure their push for the program doesnt cause tension between officers and the Latino community.”
