“The Hispanic Democratic Caucus of the Arkansas Democratic Party has elected its officers, the newly elected chairwoman said Sunday.

Angela Galvis Schnuerle of Fayetteville, a lawyer, was elected to head the group. Jorge Garcia of Hot Springs and Marie Petters of Little Rock were elected vice chairs, Schnuerle said in a telephone interview.”
