“Educator Miriam Mas doesn’t know where to put bilingual students who dont fit into the alternative education programs offered by the Wichita Falls Independent School District.

“I receive referrals from teachers in the district of students that are between school and the real world and dont have anywhere to send them,” said Mas, an education specialist at Region 9 Education Center.”
