“At the end of a week during which San Jose police came under criticism for treatment of Latinos, Mayor Chuck Reed said he supports the department and believes officers are held accountable for their actions.
“Im not going to say there aren’t some officers who make mistakes and do the wrong thing,” Reed said Friday. “But Im not going to tar and feather the whole department over a few incidents.”"
