“The National Hispanic Corporate Council will hold its two day member meeting in Redmond, Washington, March 27-29, hosted by Microsoft. The members will confer on topics covering Marketing to Hispanics Using New Media and Recruiting Best Practices. Welcoming the NHCC members is S. Somasegar, Corporate VP, Developer Division for Microsoft. Maria Teresa Arnal, General Manager, Prodigy/MSN, Microsoft Mexico will open the conference. Arnal will share her experience in using new media in marketing in Mexico and Latin America. Moses Frenck, founding Managing Editor, Marketing y Medios Adweek will discuss the trends and impact of new technologies used to target the Latino market. A panel comprised of Isaac Mizrahi, Director, Multicultural Marketing, Sprint Nextel Corporation; Bruno Lopez, VP/General Manager of Univision Online, Inc.; and Rafael Urbina, CEO of Batanga, Inc., largest U. S. Hispanic streaming media website will discuss the expanding use of the latest marketing technology. Microsofts Diversity Group represented by Fredia Brooks, Sr. Diversity Manager; and Jose Pinero, Director, Diversity Marketing will discuss how Microsoft is reaching out to the Latino community, internally and externally.”
