“With goals of raising social consciousness and honoring a Chicano musical legend, the Lalo Guerrero Film and Arts Festival opens this weekend with the valley debut of “Lalo Guerrero: The Original Chicano.”
Organized by Raices Cultura, an east valley community group, the two-day festival is slated to feature 16 films from the U.S., Latin America and the Coachella Valley.”
