“El Boletin is about to celebrate its first anniversary. The bilingual newsletter is printed in both English and Spanish, and serves the needs of the growing Hispanic population in southwestern Wisconsin.
The newsletter was started in May 2006 when the Darlington school district received a grant to help the Hispanic community. Gilda Mantello, the editor of the newsletter, was approached by the school with the idea and happily agreed.”
