Solera Bancorp gets OCC approval - Denver

“Solera National Bancorp Inc. has received conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency OCC to open a full-service commercial bank in Lakewood, the companys chairman, James Perez Foster, confirmed on Tuesday.

Solera intends to target the Denver areas growing Hispanic population, which organizers believe is underserved by existing banks. The companys corporate headquarters is located at 5801 W. Alameda Ave. in Lakewood.”
