Citgo President and C-E-O Felix Rodriquez was in Tulsa yesterday to announce the donation to the Conneciones Hispanic Education and Workforce Program. Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor attended the event and called Citgo one of the citys best corporate citizens.”
