From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 22 doors open at 5:30 p.m., a consortium of Latino parents, educators, and advocates, will hold their first Latino Education Forum for Latino parents with children and/or youth enrolled in the Rockford Public School’s Bilingual Education Program, at La Voz Latina’s Community Room, 412 Market St., in Rockford.”
