“A former Cedartown, Ga., police officer has pleaded guilty to stealing money from Hispanic drivers during traffic stops.

Douglas Damiano, 37, of Buchanan, pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to three counts of depriving people of their civil rights by taking money from them without due process, the U.S. attorneys office said.”
