Chavez’s admission was triggered when photos surfaced recently of him supposedly marrying another man in Canada. The young idol has resisted being cast as a poster advocate for gay rights; nor should he be pressured to assume that role. But he has warned against the devastating consequences of families rejecting gay youths.”
