“The San Diego County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has been so mismanaged in the last two years that it is facing a financial crisis that threatens programs for more than 33,000 Hispanic-owned businesses in the county, people close to the organization say.

Longtime Treasurer Thomas Saiz resigned in January and wrote a memo to the chambers board outlining the problems and raising questions about the organizations management.”
