Chicago rally planned for immigration reform

It comes a year after more than 100,000 people marched from Union Park to Federal Plaza in Chicago in response to proposed federal legislation which would raise penalties for illegal immigration and classify unauthorized immigrants and anyone who helped them enter or remain in the U.S. as felons.”
