“Scripps Networks, the cable division of E.W. Scripps Co., said Monday that it has signed a licensing agreement with V-me Media Inc., a new Spanish-language broadcast network affiliated with public television stations.

As part of the agreement, Scripps will produce two new Food Network shows in Spanish: “Mas Sabor en Menos Tiempo” More Flavor in Less Time; and “Nuestra Cocina” Our Kitchen; and adapt several currently running shows for V-me.”
