Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn, introduced the Photo Identification Security Act March 5, requiring U.S. financial institutions to accept only secure forms of identification. Under the bill, only legal U.S. residents would be eligible for federal benefits and be able to conduct financial transactions.”
