“Q: What were your goals when you came to the SBA 10 years ago?

A: My goal was just to make an impact and help the small-business community. I wanted to help small businesses start and grow, and be a driving force for the economy of Colorado, particularly for underserved communities, because theres a lot of ethnic minorities, women, veterans and disabled individuals who really needed to have access.”
