“Traders are happy that the United States is finally letting Mexican trucks cross the border, as the North American Free Trade Agreement NAFTA called for. A new test program, scheduled to start in April, will allow 100 Mexican trucking companies to send trucks to destinations within the United States for the first time since 1982.”
