Latino Billy Graham Leads Pre-Festival Rally – Luis Palau in Tampa

By 7:30 p.m. Saturday, when Luis Palau took the stage, more than 1,000 people screamed and clapped during Clamor Latino. The rally is the first of several events leading up to next weekends free Tampa Bay Festival with Palau.”
