“A new addition to South Division Avenue will bring together cultures to enjoy a cup of joe, search the Web and hone computer skills. Siemad Cyber Cafe, 2131 S. Division Ave., is to open at 11 a.m. today and will offer bilingual workers and computers with offerings in English and Spanish.

“This is something to help the community,” owner Sienis Avila said. “People from different cultures will be able to interact with each other.”"
