Knowledge is Power!

“People of faith should be offered the opportunity to grow in their own experience of life and God.

That’s the philosophy behind Libros Liguori, which publishes Spanish-language books and other materials for distribution across the United States. It is a division of Liguori Publications, a Catholic publishing house in Jefferson County run by the Redemptorists.

Libros currently offers 20 publications that have a Lenten focus, according to Libros’ managing editor Antonio Medina. Many of them are short booklets that feature Lenten prayers, various adaptations of the Stations of the Cross and other explanations of Jesus’ Passion and ways to make a good Lent. Many Spanish-language publications are offered in an English version, too. “
