Stolen Goya painting belatedly joins exhibit

“Alls well that ends well,” said Don Bacigalupi, director of the Toledo Museum of Art, who traveled to New Yorks Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum for the delayed installation of Goyas “Children with a Cart.”"
