“Texas Instruments NYSE: TXN TI is continuing to enhance the resources behind its award-winning “We All Use Math Every Day” WAUMED math education initiative by providing classroom activities in Spanish. The handouts for select classroom activities will help more educators and students across the nation see how math is relevant in everyday life.

The “We All Use Math Every Day” initiative was developed by TI and CBS, in association with the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics NCTM, to inspire students to achieve more in math by showing how the subject is relevant to their lives today and in the future. The initiative, using the hit television show, NUMB3RS, provides free classroom activities for educators online at www.cbs.com/numb3rs that help students understand how the math they are learning in the classroom applies to the real world. The activities explore the math derived from the concepts used to solve cases in the -solving show.”
