The first article, “A Poet between Two Worlds: An Interview with Margarita Merino,” focuses on how Merinos experiences in America and Spain influence her work. “The Poetry of Margarita Merino: From Introspection to Ecological Denunciation,” her second article, emphasizes the ecological aspect as seen in the oppression women and nature experience through the patriarchal tyranny of society. “
